  1. I can’t wait to visit her stall, all food served looked delicious and healthy. Mom was Trini so I remember her cooking fondly; Dad English, not a great cook. However my older brother can cook it like a boss, but he is always busy. I can only do few dishes and for rest I need utube for Caribbean pot. Other fav dishes I cannot gain right ingredients at times. Yum can’t wait, Doubles here I come 😊

  5. Great video! I'm particularly drawn to this as Trinidad is part of my heritage. My uncle would always go out early and pick up Doubles. But they would only go to a certain person due to the hygiene etc. Reason for going early is that they would sell out so quickly!! Keep up the good work man! 🙂
